I know what it's like to experience a traumatizing event at work and then need to go back the next day and do it all over again. It helps to debrief with coworkers - but sometimes we need to receive nervous system support in addition to talking it out. I help frontline workers to process the fight-flight-freeze activation that comes with responding to emergencies like drug poisonings, witnessing an assault, or suicide intervention.

This service is offered at a reduced rate and only available for urgent support to frontline workers in shelters, harm reduction sites, outreach support roles, and emergency response workers. I also offer reduced rates to frontline workers if they would like to work together on an ongoing basis for personal goals. Contact me
